Mr. McGee represents closely held businesses and their owners in all forms of business and commercial litigation. As a business/commercial lawyer, Mr. McGee is typically retained by a company to protect its interests in disputes with its suppliers, customers, competitors or employees. In addition, Mr. McGee represents shareholders and partners in inter-company disputes and dissolutions. Mr. McGee also regularly handles matters involving breach of contract, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty and cases involving theft of trade secrets and unfair competition. In addition to commercial matters, Mr. McGee also has significant experience in representing business owners and homeowners in real property and construction defect litigation.

On a Personal Note

Mr. McGee grew up in Del Mar, California, and has lived in the Long Beach area for the past 17 years. Mr. McGee enjoys traveling and outdoor activities and devotes much of his free time to various animal charities, including the ASPCA and the Humane Society.
