Mr. Spivey has practiced in Orange County, California since 2010, emphasizing complex business litigation matters in a variety of areas. He began his career at Rutan & Tucker, LLP in Costa Mesa where he worked on breach of contract and business torts for the financial, retail, real estate and software industries. In 2014, he worked for Wolfe & Wyman, LLP where he focused on representing large financial institutions litigate residential mortgage disputes. He joined Stephens Friedland LLP in 2015 and works on diverse complex business disputes, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, trade secrets and business torts.

On a Personal Note
Mr. Spivey grew up in Laguna Niguel, CA and attended Aliso Niguel High School in its inaugural freshman class. After living in several parts of the country, he decided to return to his native Orange County where he will never again have to dig out a car from the snow. He enjoys baseball and football and is a fan of the Baltimore Orioles and St. Louis (soon to be Los Angeles) Rams.
